The monthly giving program provides a continual source of revenue to assist in the operating expenses of the shelter. To easily make your monthly gift, see the three options we offer below:OPTION 1: SECURE DEBIT/CREDIT CARDUse the subscription buttons to schedule your credit card to be charged each month in the amount you choose. Note: the quantity will be 1 subscription and deducted every 30 days. No refunds unless approved by President & CEO of Furkids, Inc.
OPTION 2: Automatic Monthly Bank DraftYour monthly gift can be transferred conveniently by your bank from your checking account directly to Furkids. To participate, use our Authorization Agreement for Automatic Debits form. OPTION 3: Mail-in FormIf you prefer to join our Monthly Giving Program by mail, please print and use this form. OPTION 4: PAYPALIf you prefer to use PayPal to schedule your monthly donations, go to this page. All donations to Furkids, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, are tax-deductible. |
